Fretday the 13th
Yes I know it's the 10th not the 13th but this is the thirteenth blog post and the last time I'll be using numbers in the title. From next Fretday I'll just be cramming the word Fret into some random phrase.
Why?
Simple.
Because it amuses me.
Anyway with August in full swing the UK weather has finally decided to give us all a proper British summer, and the rain has started. Naturally this means all the Fretshirt staff are on holiday, as clearly they'd prefer to spend the hot days in a metal building with no windows. That's the quality of people that make your shirts!
Of course not everyone gets to go as we wouldn't want you lovely fretters to miss out, so I'm still here, just standing in the print room rather than sat at my little desk. Oh well! The things we do for our customers.
So what are - those of us who remain - up to?
Well, we've finished arranging all our bags and pencil cases ready for the "Back to School" season, so we've made an early start on the next big event in our calender which is Oktoberfest. The is the Annual German folk festival although most people - including us - just see it as a beer thing! Still to each their own.
Outside of the site, it's been announced that the initial Early Access release of Blood Bond - Inter the Shroud has been put back a few weeks, so they can update the game engine to the newly released version. But don't worry the merchandise is still available as you can see from this week's photo.
That there, in the photo, is the actual Indie Game Developer. behind "The Blood Bond Saga" although, admittedly I've cropped most of him out of the shot so you can see the merchandise but that's him.
In other news the team behind Train Valley 2 are running another contest that gives you the chance to win some Train Valley 2 Merchandise. Just check out their Update #9 Announcement on Steam for details.
On the same subject of winning prime Fretshirt stuff don't forget that X-Morph-Defense's video contest is still running on their Discord Server.
Until we fret again.
