    GENERAL RETURNS:


    Before returning an item please obtain a returns authorisation from us by using the : Contact Us Form.

    This will ensure that we know who is returning the item and/ for which reason, helping us to process your claim as fast and accurately as possible.

    Therefore if you do not have or include a Returns Authorisation Number, we may have little option but to refuse your claim.


    FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS:


    In the unlikely event you find a fault with one of our products, we offer a full  refund of your payment, including postage costs, once we have received and processed the item. For UK Customers this can take up to 5 working days and longer for those outside of the UK.


    UNWANTED ITEMS:


    You may return any unworn item within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund. We will refund your payment once we have received and processed the returned item.

    Therefore it is advisable, when trying on items of clothing, to please ensure that you are not wearing aftershave/perfume or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item(s) as we reserve the right to reject any clothing that has clearly been worn or which is soiled or not in a re-saleable condition for any other reason.

    Any, item(s) being returned should be in their original condition and packaging. Additional packaging may be required and is acceptable as long as the original packaging is also include.

     

     

    POSTAGE: 

    Sorry but we can only refund your postage if the return is a result of our error. However, we strongly recommend that you use a recorded, or signed for means of return post when sending items back to us for your own piece of mind.


    LOST ITEMS:


    Under the rules of our mail carrier, before we can consider an item lost in the mail, we must wait 15 working days (three weeks) from the expected date of arrival (25 working days for overseas orders). before a claim can be made. 

    Should your item not arrive within 15 working days (or 25 working days for overseas orders), we will send you a Lost Item Form to fill in and send back to us. Once your form is received, we will issue you a full refund or replacement (in line with which you have chosen).

    You must fill in and sign the Lost Item Form for us to accept your refund or replacement.

     

    CANCELLATIONS:

    To cancel any order simply use the Contact Us  to tell us you want to cancel your order. Please remember to quote your order number and full details as included on the original order.

    If we have already shipped your order, you will need to return the item to us, before a refund can proceed.
